ReelPeek experiences are generally designed for adults aged 18 and older. This is due to the professional and immersive nature of behind-the-scenes film production tours, which often take place in active work environments with specific safety regulations. Our goal is to provide a sophisticated and engaging experience tailored for adults. However, children 17 and under are welcome to join our tours, provided they are accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times. We want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience into the world of cinema!
What is the duration of the tours?
The duration of our tours varies depending on the specific experience. Most tours last between 4 to 8 hours, providing ample time to explore and engage with the film production environment.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size for booking a ReelPeek experience?
Group sizes are typically no more than 5, however, you can inquire about any special requests when booking.
How far in advance do I need to reserve my ReelPeek experience?
We intend to release the dates up to a month in advance depending on production. We suggest reserving your experience as early as possible, especially for high-demand sets. A few weeks ahead is ideal to ensure your spot. Be sure to get on the waitlist or subscribe for our updates!
What payment methods are accepted for reserving my experience?
ReelPeek processes payments securely through Authorize.Net, accepting eChecks/bank transfers and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Payments are accepted securely over the phone or via invoice sent to email.
Please keep in mind reservations will require a minimum of 50% deposit.
Is there a cancellation or refund policy for experiences reserved with ReelPeek?
Yes, ReelPeek offers a flexible cancellation policy. You can receive a full refund if you cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled experience. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 75%, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of ReelPeek.
Any cancellations made by ReelPeek (unforeseen production changes, weather conditions, etc.) will result in a full refund to the customer or credit towards another ReelPeek experience.
Is ReelPeek available in multiple states, or only in specific locations?
Currently, our experiences are based in Atlanta, Georgia, but we hope to offer more locations soon.
Are there any discounts or referrals?
Yes, we offer special promotions for new reservations and referral discounts. Contact us for more details when reserving your experience.
